The raison d’être for the group is to enjoy evenings of lively conversation in a convivial atmosphere when we can share and add to our knowledge and appreciation of various wines. Meetings are held monthly usually at the different homes of our members.

The three hour meetings tend to follow a different theme based on either wine types or region of production, typically ‘studying’ about four or so different wines, accompanied by interesting light bites.

We have a barbecue evening in the summer and a seasonal banquet in December and weather permitting some outdoor garden evenings, including ‘Wine under the Vine’.
