Financial Procedures
This document summarises the financial procedures which should be followed relating to the running of an Interest Group. It applies to most Groups.
Group Record
This document applies to only to those Groups which use hired premises. It outlines the procedures for collecting subscriptions from members for Group meetings, and paying that money to the Treasurer
Incident Report Form
This is the standard form issued by u3a National Office for reporting any incident which occurs on a u3a Group activity.
u3a Insurance
Part of every annual subscription to Cheadle and Gatley u3a is paid directly to the Third Age Trust, the organisation which oversees all u3as and runs the National office. This sum is £4.00 and includes, among other things, insurance for u3a members while on u3a activities.
Expenses Claim Form
Details of claims for expenses incurred by Committee Members or Group Convenors are given in the document.
